Ive got one , its awesome, id go buy another one if i needed to
Hey man, I dig your entertainment on IG, but the 90% of YouTube commenters have got to make you ask yourself if the issue is with the product or maybe you, in the case.
I got one I bobber will not work less than 4 ft
Moral of the video is: buy a Deeper fish finder instead.
Sup Ryan, my brother has one, think I said before lol, but it’s great to gauge depth because in RI 8′ is kinda deep lol, and his is black??? does show blots/fish but can’t tell much more, but definitely better than nothing, oh there are upgrades I believe? Great video, people should try this if bank fish especially. I’m not good with technology, don’t even know how to create an email 🤣😂, our club pont has manmade sand barges and it picks them up, cast out to it it’s only 3′ then drops off both sides, Tyvm tc 🎣
Not sure about the iBobber but the review was a waste of time. Read the book.
Might try reading the manual first chief. The numbers are the depth of the fish, no the size….also, it’s not that accurate in shallow depths
I got one and I don’t think it’s very accurate I wish I would have spent the extra money and got a deeper pro instead
Does it work for ice fishing?
I think you should try other portable fish finder
I recently bought the Hawkeye 5x Fish finder. I bought it off Amazon for 99 bucks. Let me tell you, it was money well spent. It works great and it’s super easy to set up.
I’ve never had any issues with it and I use it on my jon boat. Seems like you just got a defective model. ReelSonar is a great brand and I will stand behind them. I’ve mapped out a lot of fish on it and it has always been tried and true.
Dude.. you are kind of negative.. it’s the first time using it lmao
Video starts at 2:08
Lmao this MF really does fish in golf courses
Yeah you didn’t read the instructions. Has to be at least 4 feet of water
He only replies to people who agree with him. Lol
Sonar is a very old technology. It takes a special kind of stupid to get it wrong. How can they not make one that works!
The Fishes you see nearly water Surface but not register on your device/ finder – that’s are out of Sonar Angle Range… 🔺
Dude it is user error. Don’t review products when you have not read instructions. You just waste peoples time. I have one and it works very well
You should probably read the directions and understand how to use a product before you shoot it down. I use mine all the time and don’t have any issues.
I wouldn’t buy this because of its limitations but the limitations are stated in the manual. RTFM, bud.
I am actually on their prostaff because I have not had any issues with it. It does say in the manual though not to use in less than 4ft of water. If you use it under the correct conditions it works very well for a small budget fish finder. Also it mentions in the manual that it will only work up to 100ft is the limit.
Prior to seeing ur video Ryan I was going to buy this unit. Thanks for the positive review you saved me $90.
Bro, you should have read the instructions. You have no idea how to use the damn thing.
Okay now do a review on Coolbaits underspins.
You might try reading the instructions before reviewing the product.
What does that mean? It’s not correct but it’s not wrong is a pretty dumb statement
Great now try it after you read the instructions
I keep having issues keeping it connected to bluetooth
He blames user error on product error not a good review bud. Read the instructions
Luigi ? 😎
Great video.
Leave this video up.
To warn people.
Taught me th reality. Bank creek or pond fishing = shallow fishing, = fish finder is a total waist of time.
My Lake Wister ave. Depth only 8 ft. YIKES🤯
Angle of fish finder is veeeery narow in water depth even 10 feet.
Also:
(I read google) ..that U need HIGH FREQUENCY for shallow water, and NARROW feild of vision 20 degeees bcuz window field of vision drammatically loose resolution if angle field too wide.
Also wifi overheats phone in hot sun app drains battery.
Phones are VERY unhealthy to have on next to skin all day. Not to mention dropping damage phone all th time
DUH your sink isnt going to read as accurate
dont you know how sonar works?
Doesn’t stay connected, when it is connected it says 10′ of water is 50′ deep. Thing’s a p.o.s.
space cadet
Ibobbers are garbage. It was my first fish finder. For kids. I used it 3 times for 5 mins at a time.
Deepers are the superior ones. You need to do a review on a deeper pro 2 or chirp 2. They beyond work.
Maybe I need to do a review 😮
If you knew how a transducer works you’d know why it won’t see the blue gill in one foot. Most transducers show a 20 degree cone. The circle of area you can see on the screen is 1/3 of the depth your in. So at one foot your seeing a 6 inches of data on the bottom
I’ve been researching a few of these sub $100 fish finders. I’ve narrowed it down to the iBobber and the Hawkeye FishPod 5X. I eliminated the Deeper Start for a few reasons. But my suggestion to you is you gotta read the info and use it right. That model requires 4ft of water under it to return proper info and also when it’s lifted out of the water it can lose connection. FWIW, I’m probably gonna settle for the Hawkeye. I’m waiting on an answer from them on its reception distance. The reviews I’ve seen didn’t reveal that spec and neither does their web site or any package specs I could see there or on Amazon. This iBobber declares 100 ft so bet on 50 or so.
You really need to read the manual first. I have found it very accurate when used according to the book.
SORRY VIDEO. Even a solid device cannot over come a dense fisherman.
fish where at 3′
Im going with they sent u a defected model…. or or user error lol….. now that ur playing with it send it to me i need one those lmfao jk bro…. now can we get to some real bass fishing lol… if ur done playing round
This guy has 105 thousand followers on instagram but not even 10 k on YouTube 🤔🤔🤔
